Good read: A Russia expert's theory of the Trump Scandal

You could be correct in the end. However, at this point it is completely illogical.

There is no need whatsoever for a full-time CRE investor to engage in tax evasion because they don't pay them.

How is it even possible to evade something that a person doesn't even do?
:D

P.S. Have you ever heard the expression "piercing the corporate veil"?
a Google search of this expression might prove enlightening, and entertaining too.

What income taxes does a full-time CRE investor pay?

Do they pay income taxes on the cash flow they receive from properties?

If yes, please list the various write-offs that a CRE investor has against income derived from rental properties.

If you don't fully understand the above, you do not understand my previous post or what you are talking about regarding Trump.

I have an idea! Maybe you should volunteer to be Trump's real estate consultant.

I did a google search on CRE and it came up "cream cheese icing" , so you really do seem to know a lot about this Commercial Real Estate business stuff, I mean depreciation and all that. So I think you'd be bang-up as a Trump consultant. I'll write a letter recommending you, if that will help.

You are clearly ignorant of the CRE market specifically for CRE investors/principals. This is what I have been trying to explain to you.

If you were familiar with it, you would know that what I am talking about above is common knowledge in the industry. The above info I posted is not secret or special/proprietary knowledge.

Furthermore, one of the primary reasons that CRE investments are attractive is because of their unique tax advantages not found in any other type of investment.

It's been corroborated by those who would be in a position to know. There was an interview on the morning NPR Newscast last week in which the interviewee said that Russian money had been essential in rescuing Trump from his major bankruptcy and that that was a major source of his financing every since. I can't recall the interviewees name, but you can probably pull this up from the NPR site with a search. It was last week. (Perhaps it was William Browder) Also, See the William Browder interview in the thread I started. here: www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/now-we-know-one-more-thing-putin-wants.311298/#post-4487266

I have no idea how long this link will be good, so probably a good idea to view the video soon. Very informative.

So your "evidence" is an interview on - of all networks - CNN?

But more hearsay, nothing in the form of proof. Just a video interview from - of all reliable sources - CNN.
Yes, all third party. I guess that's what Mueller's investigation is all about. He and his FBI skinheads (no pinheads though, Hoover said, "No pinheads." ) are looking for proof! How do you think Kasowitz and Cohen will do against that bunch? Tao, we're in for some fine TV watching between now and next Fall. Maybe just as exciting as the Tour de France, but even more drawn out.
