I've been reading threads all week and not really sure what to make of all the contradictory opinions, not to mention some threads are a couple years old. So I thought i'd post and just ask.
I'm primarily interested in software that is reliable with good backtesting & optimization features and capable of automatic trading especially with order book data. Charting and what not doesn't concern me.
