I wish you well Jack. You have made some of the best contributions to ET of anyone here. Whether people argree with or can follow your method or not is besides the point, the majority will unfortunatly not find success. You have, however, been extremely generous by what I have seen and its a shame to see you leaving. I hope you will reconsider and stay as your positive contribution far outweighs the negative ones of the idiots.

never talked to you but literally spend months of my life reading your material. Wasn't going to mention anything till I acquired a more advanced skill. My suggestion to you is to stay. Elitetrader has made an attempt to fix the problem. Your leaving will make it all for nothing. Besides, the idiot barely gets viewership while you and Spyder have a huge audience.

Jack and his crew point out a larger problem.
Some people will read an incoherent jumble
and think that something profound has been
written; others will realize that the fault
is not with them but with the writer.
So there will be disagreement between
the two camps.
My suggestion is to either ban trading method
touts or insert a disclaimer at the beginning
of the thread, which would warn people
that even if the author isn't attempting a
scam, lying or a papertrader, that past results,
even if true, are no indication of future results.

Other boards like Silicon and Stock house have the payment plan. And when stockhouse implimented the free and pay board option everyone flocked to the free and the pay board option is a ghost town.
Why not post partial IP Addresses so that eveyrone can see when someone is posting under more then one user id.
