"Options, Futures and other Derivatives" - Hull
once you have grasped the basics you can move on to:
"How to Calculate Option Prices and their Greeks" - Ursone
"Option Trading" - Sinclair
"The hidden reality" - Cottle
"Trading Volatility" - Bennett
Also, reading this forum will allow you to explore new concepts/strategies at your own pace.
