good option selling books

Hi

Which book would you recommend to get acquainted with option selling, but also option trading generally?

It should be less technical than John Hull Option, Futures and other derivatives as I gave up after less than 100 pages, but I would apreciate the book to give a serious picture of at least put selling, as well as straddles and strangles.

Also I'm interested in several timeframes, but definetely holding overnight

Thanks for the advice, here and elsewhere on the forum, I finally ordered :

Option Volatility & Pricing: Advanced Trading Strategies and Techniques"
Natenberg, Sheldon

Trading Options to Win: Profitable Strategies and Tactics for Any Trader (Wiley Trading)"
Johnston, S. A.; Hardcover;

"The Complete Guide to Option Selling, Second Edition"
Cordier, James; Hardcover

It should keep me busy for while

McMillan on Options - provides some great trading examples based on various market conditions that involve both buying and selling options. Highly recommended.

Also recommend Benklifa's Iron Condor book (obviously limited to IC's).

Thanks betterBeta, I just ordered that book.

Since the OP I went through

Option Volatility & Pricing: Advanced Trading Strategies and Techniques"
Natenberg, Sheldon

and

"The Complete Guide to Option Selling, Second Edition"
Cordier, James; Hardcover

and found both books quite informative, although The complete guide to option selling was a bit too biaised for my taste. Any other book on the topic, with possibly a more balanced view on option selling ?

As of

Trading Options to Win: Profitable Strategies and Tactics for Any Trader (Wiley Trading)"
Johnston, S. A.; Hardcover;

I wonder if the seller will post ever post it... might have to order it again elsewhere...

Agreed re. McMillan's book - Chapter 5 on systems and strategies (especially the intermarket spreads) is full of great insight.

He's overdue for another update - last edition came out in '04.
