You speaking about IFR? Because I tend to agree with you. They're an excellent contrarian indicator.
 
how much do there signals lag do they actually tell u when to buy or sell or they just announce the news and you base your decision on that and are these signals from headlines or or squawk box thanks

My personal view on these 2.
MNI for their delivery on China's currency policy. Prior to the yuan valuation in 05' the team there keep stressing that the valuation is going to happen "sooner than you think" for about a week until it happened. And their delivery on thu or fri about China relaxing it's foreign exchange policy was faster than DJNS by about 30 min or more. MNI only covers Euro, GBP, Dollar and AUD. They're like a scaled down version of IFR.

DJNS for their speed in economic news delivery (i could live with their headline correction every now and then). They tend to give more breakdown of the figures. Both MNI and DJ does surveys prior to Economic figures release. One irritating thing is that they tend to repost the same news on quiet moments.

And not forgetting the one you enquired about. I asked for a trial as a non-institutional trader and they turned me down. Try your luck.

There are a few others but I can't comment on them since I've never tried them out.
 
Sorry a correction. MNI don't comment on Aud. Mainly Japan, US, Euro, UK and their strength lies in Chinese policies.
