I'm out to lunch and you are clueless . . . we are quite the pair.
I don't live there.
I don't live anywhere close to there.
I put it out there just as an example.
If you are prejudice against Latinos that is your problem.
Green backs are green backs.
There are listing for foreclosures in every state. If you can't use a search engine, that might be the root of your ailment.

Ah, I see that you were so worked up that you decided to edit your worthless post.
I'm not at all prejudiced against "Latinos", but I do know that the area you speak of is largely illegal immigrants. Like the rest of your infomercial pitches, you count on an ignorant reader to buy into these tales.
Ya know, there is actually a fundamental reason why many areas in this country are blighted beyond repair. Kinda has something to do with the fact that the residents are broke and this country is on a downward trajectory.
And yes there are many many foreclosures in each state, so many that you have to see the bigger picture and realize that it isn't just a tiny blip in a wave of greater prosperity. It's structural and only getting worse.
Now go back to taping your next infomercial segment, we'll all be waiting with baited breath.
Quote from Neenisti:
I'm a trader not a real estate developer. Before I was a trader I worked in corporate America. I hate infomercials. If you bothered to read my posts I clearly stated I hate rehabs. The work I put into my own property each year is plenty of work for me. I enjoy my free time too much and like to travel. Doing rehabs takes too much time. The one property I did in Michigan I dumped as quick as I could so I didn't have to think about it anymore.
I agree with you that a lot of areas aren't worth the effort but others are. You, like most people aren't willing to take the time to separate out those areas. If the "money" doesn't come easy, you aren't interested. Hey, I don't blame you for wanting the easy route to wealth but there are others that will have to actually "work hard" for their piece of the pie. It's too easy to just say, "it can't work" because it makes you feel better about not doing the work. I don't begrudge others for the effort they put out and would never tell them, "it is impossible" because that is a lie, it isn't.
Quote from Neenisti:
Yup, live in the city and get hosed. It's no wonder you can't fathom someone making a living managing a restaurant and rehabbing homes.
My neighbor just built an insulated/heated/cooled all steel 3 car garage on a slab with a workshop and bathroom for $19K.
I'll answer it since the person it was directed to, can't.
The German in the 4th house isn't shown as having any pet so everyone automatically assumes since the questions is, "who has the fish", that the German has the fish. The German could have an elephant, who knows.
The correct answer is,
The German has no designated pet and no one definitively has a fish.
