The OP is long from 1500 on the SandP, so give him a break. He's sat through a huge draw down. This rally and screaming at shorts makes him feel like he's getting his revenge.
Remember, those who are not successful traders, hate and demonize shorters. They blame shorters for all their troubles. So as markets do rally, and their losses start to shrink, they like to imagine the shorters feeling as much pain as they felt.
There is no point in telling them how pros trade. There's no point in saying, hey, we switched back up long and made even more money. There's no point in trying so hard to explain to the children how it works.
