That the article stating that Covington students were harassing an indian was horseshit and made up to fit a narrative.
I saw the reporting in this. CNN reported “suspicious” activity at the grand jury similar to when other indictments were reached. They said Stone was one of the people they suspected.
I would disagree with your conclusion. Those kids demonstrated they were harassing people prior to getting to the memorial with chants of “MAGA” and “Build the wall” “it’s not rape if you enjoy it.”
They were looking for trouble but ultimately I blame the school. Poor chaperones and parenting.

the new york times used illegally obtained material in the pentagon papers case. but their source did the dirty deed, not the times and it was not determined that the times took steps to cause said material to be illegally obtained, only that it procured copies afterwards.
thus, your assertions that using stolen property- ie stone via wiki leaks if proven true- is not in and of itself a crime. you have to determine that he was causative and conspiratorial in the original crime to procure.
