That’s true! I often get in touch with them when I cannot seem to understand why the price I see is not the same at which order gets executed. I am not very old into this and the setting of bid/ask price is something which I have recently started to get a hold on.
In fact one reason that I suggest these low cost brokers (fxview, xtb, etc) as good are their response system, besides the hassle-free order execution.
Maybe you should just invest with the pros. I sometimes invest in a PAMM program with Tenkofx or Fxopen. Some expert traders have consistent returns for more than 2 years. Look for such if you want to invest.
