One of the neatest things to learn from these sequences is the way that the pro player uses the heel portion of the feet extensively in order to balance and push against the ground for maximum torque.Even Matt Kuchar, who swings flatter than anyone else and basically has a one plane swing, still has the same sequence and shoulder turn. The biggest difference between the amateur and the professional is shoulder turn---no question about it.

How far are you hitting your driver with that speed?Excellent swing speed session on Fri. ---Watched Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler swing videos on youtube numerous times and worked to incorporate the hip sequence into the swing strength that I have built up. It took about an hour to get the rhythm down as initially I lost swing speed. However, about an hour in, I recorded 3 swings --120, 121 and 122 MPH. Very exciting now!
Normally 250 to 260 carry. It was quite a bit less before hip replacement.----I think a pro would hit more square than that with a better launch angle and smash factor. How far are you hitting your driver with that speed?
Please don’t feed the Gopher. When you say 250 carry is the ball rolling out much?
Are you in a part of the country that allows you to play all year. Golf is done for the year in the frozen north. I'll head for Arizona in a month or so.
