Do you have any experience dealing with this firm? Replies from current or former traders with this firm will be greatly appreciated. I am concerned with the following:

Company is based in Canada
Will not share financial statements
What recourse do I have if they simply don't return my deposit?
Any history of closing shop and opening under new name?

What I like is:
They are offering good leverage & commission rates.
Overnight possible with additional deposit
Sterling Trader Pro
 
they are a good firm, to my best knowledge everything I ahave heard about them is on th eup and up. Evereybody I known to trade with them was able to get their deposit back just some took more time then others.
