Looking for any information or insight on this prop firm. They are a newer firm based out of Montreal, Quebec.

I spoke with the recruiter and by the sounds of it they similarly structured to that of Swifttrade. He said there are no commissions (if you trade in house) and you get full liquidity rebates. You only have to pay the ECN and SEC fees. Your payout is based on a percentage AFTER you have made $3500 for the month (net I think). I think you have make $5000 at Swifttrade before you get paid.
If you trade remote they make you put up $10K. They are affiliated with Etrade and use Lightspeed software (which I have no experience with).

I am a little wary because they said they do not require any licenses and they are a privately held firm.

Any thoughts?

Axehawk,

Call the recruiter back and get the name of owners and or principals. The corp may be new, but the folks behind it may have a history. I may know them.

Yes Broadway office at Montreal, it was the second or third in profit even with a smaller market than other city. After the merge of Broadway with Schonfeld, they have closed the doors some months ago.

broadway didnt merge the went bankrupt .Seems they werent making enough as their model of buying higher highs didnt fly in a bear market.

Broadway Mpntreal have been integrated inside Schonfeld some months before to close the doors sometimes later. While this transition the office have used the Boradway plateform with the Schonfeld plateform at the same time. The office have close before a complete transition.

So the old Broadway office, ... with a different management behind it, and that knows the Swift management inside out. (i am assuming, since RG said that Swift guys have no respects for their prop traders.)

Are they all the same people running the show after all?!
I am lost.
