gold prices around 10:30 AM

Does anyone know why is gold so volatile around 10:30 AM eastern time? I notice a jump, up or down around this time. Thanks ...

I'm not talking about day trading range which is low for today indeed, I'm talking about 20 min trading range which is higher than usual between10:30 - 10:50
