The governement has made it illegal to own bullion before, it's safe to say they would do it again.

You need to have your assets/gold in safe havens like swiss banks that do not overleverage themselves, holding foreign currency would be a plus during a crisis here.
 
Amazing, smart people who can't figure out what to do..lol

I own gold and silver in coin and bullion. It is in a couple of safety deposit boxes and in a floor safe in my home...

I figure if a crisis hit I would be able to get a hold of at least some of it...

There you go, now you guys can turn those metal detectors back on and have at it...
