This is a seriously pedantic argument. To criticise my grammar is pointless. Some people think that the passive voice is useful and sometimes preferable. The history alone has shown that there was no preference until the early twentieth century.

There is an argument on this topic in itself and makes it look like you are deterring from original argument because you cannot argue it.

The point was understandable, as you were capable of comprehending it. If you could not understand it then how could you have had a counter argument? It therefore communicated its point.

In retaliation to your criticism of my retort. I find that self defeating. You have criticised my post and then not seen my entitlement to reply. It is therefore you that is incapable of allowing others to criticise you, as you have not allowed the argument that you created to be continued.

I simply replied (courteously, I might add) to your comments and defended my position. If you did not want your comments criticised then YOU should have not put them on a open forum.
 
You are writing the blog to get noticed. People gave you tips, you chose to be defensive instead of taking them to heart.

You are prob correct on gold, pullback then up, up, and away. However, if you want to get noticed by anyone who matters, or get any kind of significant readership you need to write in a authoratative manner as well as provide more informative and compelling analysis.

I think it's going up, in a bit, tho it may go down first. - Everyone understands what you mean, but it isn't gonna get you syndicated.

Noone is bashing you, if you are lucky enough to be told everything that is wrong with your writing, just fix it and you'll be the best writer ever. Nobody is perfect the first try. Don't be ashamed. Take the criticism, say thank you, try to do better, or pursue something simpler.

P.S. It's the 21st century, passive voice isn't for informational writing. Really it shouldn't be used at all. It's stupid, no one will take what you are writing seriously if it is in the passive voice.

Commas. "Comma's" is possessive. Criticized. "Criticised" sounds like something to do with fruit or perhaps a weirdo religious function for males only. "Could of." Try instead, could have. "Could of criticised the punctuation." Sentence requires an is or was as in "could have criticized was the punctuation." "I think." I'm not so sure about that unsupported statement of fact. End result:

"The only thing you could have criticized was the punctuation for the commas."

Five errors in one 15 word sentence. That is impressive.

Seriously, I'm beginning to think you're just a troll (the OP). Ditto what theabove poster said.

You've gotta admit that its hard to believe what you just said was a legit error. I think it was, but i mean come on, it was pretty hilarious.
