I don't know why anyone would run into this stock, company has a ton of debt and unable to turn a profit yet valued over $3 billion dollars hahah, they just had to run in and get this ipo done into this 6 year old bull market or else they would have never had done it...nearly 20 years in business and still not profitable...

anyone remember network solutions?

was the dot com leader back during the dot com days, sold out to verisign for over $20 billion dollars, years later in 2011 was sold again for $405 million to web.com, so taking this all into account godaddy is extremely lucky to carry a $3 billion dollar market cap...

GoDaddy has steady income as the worlds largest domain registrar, its very hard to move a registered domain name to a different company for a lower price - so all the domains registered at GoDaddy are guaranteed yearly income $14+ roughly per domain, per year. Do you really want to bet against a monopoly domain registrar which has guaranteed income like that? Not taking sides on the price, just pointing out they have real fundamentals.
