What speculation? Im simply telling you that I have had
such experiences and they are EASIER than in a forum like this.
I also stated that I have a HIGH CONFIDENCE level if this
were to happen in a court.

This is based on actual track record/experience.

It has in FACT been easier to debate formally in front
of a "jury" of sorts, like in a court, where proper reasoning
weighs more heavily.

I also was on a witness stand once. The attorney questioning
me attempted to use several fallacious arguments and loaded
questions. I quickly identified them, explained them, and then
refused to answer her questions based on her use of faulty reasoning.

The judge grinned, backed me up, and the attorney was quite flustered.

She "gave up" on me after several attempts because I was
making her look bad :D I then stepped down, and she
proceeded to rip apart the other witnesses because they
lacked the intellectual tools to properly address her
fallacious tactics.
