Ya, one could dream up all sorts of theories for my attitude.@themickey Do you think, if the Bible were to be true, that you are not able to be saved due to something, like maybe "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" ? Because that would kind of explain some of your behavior.
If someone thinks they cannot be saved, it would probably drive them crazy to think the Bible could possibly be true, and I suppose it could drive them to not considering any evidence at all for the Bible.
I've spent many years following the 'Jesus route'.
One thing I've done since a little child is study body language.
As well, observed christian behaviour in people, family, church aquaintences, friends, those religous people who make it in the media. "By their fruits ye shall know them".
Christians are no different than unbelievers, they fight, divorce, lie, the only difference is Christian will put on a front, on the surface appear nice, underneath they are just like Joe Citizen, sometimes worse, sometimes better.
I'm entitled to be a free thinker, express myself as I see best.
I'm not anti God, I love people and nature, love wildlife and our environment, marvel at creation.
But this bs about religion, it's just another man made hell hole to make life more difficult than it need be with rules, regulations, obligations, guilt etc.
You two guys whom I'm sparring with, I wish you all the best, but methinks you have not thought this through well enough.
You came to Christ, a decision you made on emotions, feelings, because of hearsay, tradition handed down, possibly because of peer pressure or admiration of someone (parents etc).
But now you are an adult it is time for you to dig deeper, look outside the bible box.
All you know is bible bible bible, one track narrow focus.
As mentioned, to get out of that is very difficult, I know.
