geez you are too dumb to follow the conversation.
The gist of it is people can claim anything they want to in this case identifying themselves as being a follower of some religion.
That's great but people don't have to buy into or be hoodwinked into that crapola.
For example colin powell can jump up/down all day claiming to be a republican , but anybody aware of his drivel the past 4 -5 yrs would just laugh at that Pinocchio moment. The really odd thing is he simultaneously thinks others should take him seriously.
Why? He says funny things like Religion is man made so there is no God.
There is absolutely no connection between the two.

Go(o)d has no name. One reason Go(o)d has no name is because only Go(o)d exists. Go(o)d just is. Suppose, in Go(o)d, there are *many*. If they are all the same, how many are there? Indeed, just One. If they are all the same, why do any of the many need a name?
Naming arose out of a wish to be different than Go(o)d. That which is different than Go(o)d is an "ego". Ego wants a name, and want's to name everything else. Ego controls the domain of words. Words cannot fully describe Go(o)d...cannot do Go(o)d justice. This is fine for the ego.
A better way would be to say that Go(o)d is "the Word". *The Word* functions like a variable in an algebraic equation. It's a placeholder for whatever word fully describes Go(o)d. Since there isn't any, "the Word" suffices for now.
The most important thing to remember about whatever word one uses to describe Go(o)d is that it must be the same for all...given to all, since, in Go(o)d all are the same. To give different names is to support the agenda of the ego...which want's to be different. Differences function to separate "us" from Go(o)d. Differences gives rise to inequality, hierarchy, and iniquity. This is the domain of the ego...the gOd of this world (of time/mass/diversity).
To reunite...to atone...one must begin to think in terms of oneness/sameness/equality...like Jesus. For example, "Love your neighbor as your self". There is but one self behind all the masks at this masquerade we call fondly "the world" falsely so-called.
It's the task of the real Christian to see Christ beyond the appearances we assign different names. It does not matter what word we use to describe their Go(o)dhood. It must be the same for all. The same name is the only "name" Our Father will recognize in the World of Go(o)d. So learn to use one name for all.
