Al's take: Greetings, Chaos Fans;
1. Sunday afternoon, while many of us were watching football, the S&P eMini
shot up to 1398, then collapsed.
The rumor was that someone intended to buy 2000 contracts, and mistyped the
order as 20000.
I am not a conspiracy buff, but this does seem very unusual, and I'm not
sure I believe the story.
It sounds like the political attack ads we have all been not enjoying.
Since Monday the market has been moving up, though with some lurch and
jerks.
I expect the market to make a run at that funny high . If it stalls there,
look out for a sharp
reversal.
How will you know it this rally is over ?
When you see a down day with a range greater than 18 in the S&P futures.
