GME YOLO is MIA

Everyone here knows more about WSB than me, but wasn't he pumping this shitturd wildly on WSB? Recommending it? It's silly to say nobody is in jail when the investigation has just begun. The dude won't due any time but he will be shamed into incel-oblivion when the truth comes out that he wasn't really in the thing.
not from what I gather. Dude took a position a yr ago and gave once a month updates on it. Updates became daily during the run-up. Updates were basically "here's my PnL this month". No idea about his youtube tho

The CFA license will be taken as one of the first actions against him, that is absolutely sure.

I also believe that he will be fined and sanctioned by the SEC. Convicted? I don't think so, too small fish. He did violate several securities laws though. He did pump up the stock on social media AFTER he invested in it. And he did sell part of it at the highs yet continued to push others to buy. That is violating securities laws and the textbook definition of pump and dump. But I think what will come out of the sec investigation is that the broker statements he showed off are doctored. The whole story will end up as "wannabee mediocre financial firm junior employee attempting to elevate himself above his pay grade". If he inflated his profits and position he will get away with a small fine and shamed. If he completely lied about his positions the sec may have nothing on him but he would have 20 angry snipers up his ass for the foreseeable future.
how wrong you are about the SEC, they have a 90% conviction rate and they go after anything, no matter small, just as a matter of principles

even if the statements are fake, the damages he created by pumping that stock, he is directly responsible for billions lost by his retarded followers. That's how expensive it's going to be. The first thing they are going to measure is the market impact, and the losses that resulted from it for the GME "victims"

That’s my take on it. Others may have made reference of going after Melvin and pumped the stock hard. Again I have not read all his posts.

He is not directly responsible for the billions lost dude. Get over it. That’s an absurd statement. They will never prove that in a million years get over it. Watch it play out. You will eat crow. Lol

excuse me, I didn't know you were the administrative court and already had a verdict for it :)

fooking Millennial retard :)

You need to stop letting your emotions get the better of you. Look at facts. It's irrelevant what the conviction rate of the SEC is. If that guy doctored his positions and he in fact had no positions then SEC has nothing they are interested in. Screaming things and making up bullshit in public threads is not a financial crime. It's an American passion. But I doubt some folks who lost a bunch are as forgiving and rational as I am.

holly fucking shit, you sound as retarded as those WSB retards :)

it doesn't matter if he benefited or not, the role he played has created financial damages. That's the first thing the SEC is going to look at.

What is it with you retards to not understand this is not the same world pre-2008? The SEC is going after everyone that has material impact on markets. Period. Check the SEC enforcement website and get a fucking clue FFS.

CONVICTION? They cannot PROSECUTE. 100% civil actions. There is no such legal term as a "civil conviction" you mindless queef.
