well i guess most of you have data for the pit contract - so you can get a feel for the heat your taking. luckily my broker does pit contracts too - guess im glad the pits are still around after all!!

Quote from TGM:

I had an order in and canceled it about a minute before it went down. My machine says I was not filled and it was out of Globex by the time the shit hit the fan. It should be interesting to see if I am the proud owner of some Euros.

I am having flashbacks of Globex back in the good ole days. Globex is baggage! TOTAL BAGGAGE!

Last time this happened, I had the same issue - order in then system went down. I called my broker - they called Globex and confirmed no order was in their system. You might call your broker to confirm if your order is on Globex and if they can cancel it.

this is why they need to add cancel fees, so they pay to fix these problems. its not like they dont make enough money the way it is:D

yeah, baby. gotta love this E-lectronic world. Mmmm-hmmm. Those dinosaur open outcry pits are doomed. DOOMED, I tell you.

The DX pit hasn't missed a beat, incidentally.

Cheers, young'ns.

There are plenty of free spot feeds available from bucket shops, good for this purpose.
