Spring will be coldest in 50 years, Met Office says

This spring is on track to be the coldest for more than 50 years, provisional Met Office figures suggest.

This month has seen lower than average temperatures and it has been wetter than usual, forecasters said.

The same is going on here in the U.S. A cold and wet spring pretty much over the entire country.

And, 2013 is the solar maximum. I'm afraid as we head into the solar minimum after this summer that we could see further cold snowy winters and cool summers.

Time will tell how serious the cooling is going to be. We will have a better idea if we are in a dangerous cooling period when we hit the next solar maximum in 11 years.

Hopefully all of the AGW nutters will all have committed suicide by then, or at least gone into other professions like HVAC, and we can deal with some real science about the climate.
