Global Warming Hoaxsters--The flip side of years of no hurricanes: Good luck runs out

Idiot, that makes no sense. There are a bunch of tropical storms that never become strong enough to be classified as hurricanes. If the storms were becoming stronger, then more storms would pass the hurricane threshold. The end result is there would be more hurricanes. Simple logic. Why don't you try thinking for yourself for a change?

Yes, hurricanes gain their heat from the heat of the water. The water is getting warmer. So hurricanes are getting stronger. But not more numerous. Yet. Very particular things must happen for a hurricane to happen. You are pretending you know as much as the experts. You don't. Plus you are an idiot.

NASA temperature data dispel the myth of a recent slow-down in long-term warming trend. But there was a big jump in temps during the mid-1990s. Many scientists believe another jump is “imminent.’

Strong hurricanes could hit Asia and the U.S. East Coast more often this century, a new study finds.

The research adds to a growing body of evidence that hurricanes are becoming more intense as global warming heats the oceans. This means Category 1, 2 and 3 storms will have fiercer winds, bumping them up to Category 3, 4 and higher. Overall, the study's modeling approach predicts a 40 percent global increase in tropical cyclones of Category 3 and higher during the 21st century.

The findings were published in today's (July 8) issue of the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

The new study also projects that these strong storms will become more frequent in the North Pacific, the North Atlantic and the South Indian Oceans.

So ignoring the evidence that Atlantic hurricanes have been less intense over the past decade... Another frightening article comes out stating storms could be more intense in the future based on their failed models tying "Global Warming" to the storms. The fantasy continues...

fraudcurrents is using chart which include ocean temps. Ocean temps have been rising since the last ice age. There is no science behind any of his bullshit.
The models failed based on the data sets they were modeling / "predicting".

Nice selective deceptive data set liar.

what 72 models including the one ones the IPCC uses is not enough for you?
pick any 72 climate models you wish... or all of them... there were only a few which did not fail. One was Russian and the other pretty much predicted temperature could go up or down.

I'm talking about the temp data you lying pos.

I honestly cannot imagine that there is a single ET member who looks at charts posted by this guy except ricter who will say anything just to be a contrary jackass.

Though I don't really do more than just scan futurecurrents posts the message is disturbing and it has nothing to do with climate. Its a daily reminder that our country is filled with fanatical half-wits intent on destroying our way of life over, well.... nothing. They are so stupid and gullible that they cannot perceive that they are stupid and gullible.

I'd love a few minutes locked in a cage with him just to work things out.

Wow you are an idiot. There is no fucking way that you were a scientist. Of course you want to be in a cage. You are a stupid animal. You must have taken a lot of blows to your head.

Statement on climate change from 18 scientific associations
"Observations throughout the world make it clear that climate change is occurring, and rigorous scientific research demonstrates that the greenhouse gases emitted by human activities are the primary driver." (2009)2

  • 476_AAAS_320x240.jpg

American Association for the Advancement of Science
"The scientific evidence is clear: global climate change caused by human activities is occurring now, and it is a growing threat to society." (2006)3

  • 478_americanchemicalsociety_320x240.jpg

    American Chemical Society
"Comprehensive scientific assessments of our current and potential future climates clearly indicate that climate change is real, largely attributable to emissions from human activities, and potentially a very serious problem." (2004)4

  • 479_americangeophysicalunion_320x240.jpg

    American Geophysical Union
"Human‐induced climate change requires urgent action. Humanity is the major influence on the global climate change observed over the past 50 years. Rapid societal responses can significantly lessen negative outcomes." (Adopted 2003, revised and reaffirmed 2007, 2012, 2013)5

  • 480_americanmedicalassociation_320x240.jpg

    American Medical Association
"Our AMA ... supports the findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s fourth assessment report and concurs with the scientific consensus that the Earth is undergoing adverse global climate change and that anthropogenic contributions are significant." (2013)6

  • 481_americanmeteorologicalsociety_320x240.jpg

    American Meteorological Society
"It is clear from extensive scientific evidence that the dominant cause of the rapid change in climate of the past half century is human-induced increases in the amount of atmospheric greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide (CO2), chlorofluorocarbons, methane, and nitrous oxide." (2012)7

  • 482_americanphysicalsociety_320x240.jpg

    American Physical Society
"The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring. If no mitigating actions are taken, significant disruptions in the Earth’s physical and ecological systems, social systems, security and human health are likely to occur. We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now." (2007)8

  • 484_geologicalsocietyamerica_320x240.jpg

    The Geological Society of America
"The Geological Society of America (GSA) concurs with assessments by the National Academies of Science (2005), the National Research Council (2006), and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, 2007) that global climate has warmed and that human activities (mainly greenhouse‐gas emissions) account for most of the warming since the middle 1900s." (2006; revised 2010)9
