Quote from bigdavediode:
Okay, why is the analogy bullshit? What in your selective measures of regional temperature data averages for erratic years is not similar to discerning a trend in the DOW from IBM's average prices staggered randomly?
Quote from Trader666:
I already explained it, littledaviedumbass. Read my posts as many times as it takes or have an adult explain them to you.
I'm not surprised you're confused though... after all, you don't even understand how basic graphs and y-axis labels work, you couldn't find a link that was given to you in black and white, and you can't search a file for the word "debt."
Why don't you learn a trade or get an education or do something, anything to improve your life? Spewing nonsense on ET all day long won't get you anywhere.
Quote from bigdavediode:
So even after having been slapped in the face with it, you won't answer that the analogy is accurate?
Really? Are you so tied to your position that your ego won't let go of it? It's only one graph, but you can't even admit that even that one graph is a bad graph? That picking random years is absolutely wrong?
What happens if you admit that you're wrong -- do you feel that makes you somehow a bad person or inferior in some way?
You are aware that this character trait will kill you in the markets, right?
Quote from Trader666:
Projecting again littledaviedumbass? That won't help you either.
As I explained (and is also clear from the title of the chart) they're NOT "random years." Can't you get anything right?
Quote from bigdavediode:
They... are... random... years... from... a... nonglobal... data... set.
Also, it's an excellent example of cherry picking. Come on, be honest -- you know it's a bad graph.
Anyone reading this can see it's a bad graph. Including yourself.
Sure, some people don't grow out of this phase and still behave like children in a playground

What's the down side for you to just admit that? You think I'm going to pick on you for citing a bad graph? Anyone who is an adult who is curious has cited bad information at one time or another. Adults admit error and move on. Children attack each other for imperfections -- adults don't (or shouldn't, anyway.)
Sure, some people don't grow out of this phase and still behave like children in a playground -- but a mature person understands that understanding his own faults is how a person learns.

Grasping at straws in your desperation to save face is only making you look worse. Stop digging.
You contradict yourself here. Random and cherry picked are mutually exclusive, littledaviedumbass.
