Global warming hoax fools millions

That's great. Nonetheless nearly 1 mill in public funds spent on penis washing instruction in the midst of double digit unemployment the greatest economic blunder since the recession. This is of course only the tip of the iceberg, but it illustrates the true extent of the stupidity and irresponsibility.

It's unconstitutional, it's killing us. It needs to stop.

Quote from hermit:

It was conducted by 'the National Institutes of Health (NIH), The study’s lead investigator Dr. Thomas J. Coates was the fourth highest-funded researcher in the country in 2002 and is currently conducting HIV research on three continents.“We propose to evaluate the feasibility of a post-coital genital hygiene study among men unwilling to be circumcised in Orange Farm, South Africa.”'

And 'internet' research can be rephrased as a mode to 'send and receive pornography across different geographical locations' since most of the internet is pornography.

Um, okay, you have better ways to spend the money, but that doesn't make it unconstitutional. Other people would argue that finding ways to prevent HIV can reduce costs by more than a million, of course although I don't know if I'd agree.

But again, having a "better" way to spend the money doesn't make anything unconstitutional -- and final arbiters of what is constitutional and what isn't constitutional is the Supreme Court. You might not agree with them all the time, but that is their job.

What briefs? I never told you about any briefs, or any motion to the supreme court. You just made it up. You like to make things up, you do it often.

I never mentioned any briefs, or any supreme court petition, or any conspiracy. It's just another one of your imaginative tales you have made up. Much like your "people on the ground in Copenhagen" . ROFL!!! Remember that one? That was one of my favorites. LOL!!

Anyhow, I never mentioned any of the things you just said I did. This difficulty you have in distinguishing fact from fiction impedes your ability to have a meaningful debate. Good luck with that...

Quote from bigdavediode:

The Supreme Court, you tell us, won't read your briefs on how funding HIV prevention is unconstitutional because they're not defending the constitution. That, to me, is the description of a conspiracy.

The other possibility is that you have some secret knowledge of what is constitutional that they don't possess.

Research into AIDS which has claimed more than 25 million lives is unconstitutional and killing you, it should be put off till the next tech or housing boom.

Penis washing has nothing to do with HIV prevention. It was also only offered to African men, a racially based policy. Washing your penis doesn't prevent HIV. Being aware whether or not you have HIV and not being sexually active with people if you do or may have HIV prevents HIV.

Aids research isn't in the scope of government. It is in the scope of Universities, hospitals, and medical research foundations.

More importantly, penis washing isn't aids research.

So conducting AIDS research in Africa which has 22 million of the 33 million victims is racially based and nothing to do with the sample size?

Yes,it is racially based. Further, we have no business spending money on Africa's disease problems. We need to worry about Americans, and Americas problems. America should put it's own interests first, particularly in times like these. No we shouldn't be spending "stimulus money" on aids research in africa. That's absurd.

You're making a fair point, I expanded the point too far. Please allow me to rephrase: the briefs that you have not yet written for the Supreme Court would not be read, you state, because they (the Supreme Court) are not defending the constitution.

I hope that's clearer.

But ultimately, as I wrote, they're the arbiter of what is and isn't constitutional so for you to claim that wide swaths of government programs are unconstitutional solely because you say so is not compelling to any reader.
