I have account with them for 2 years now and their service is ok unless the guy handle your account goes on vacation without telling you, my round turn is $10.
 
it all depend but my normal average is 2 round turn e-mini per day. I'm pretty sure I can negotiate it down to $7 if I everage 5 round per day.

What do they charge ? 6.50 $ plus 3.50 $ misc fees ? :confused:
 
I just opened an account and initially was quoted $3 per side plus about $1.35 in fees. Was able to talk him down to $7 all inclusive. Not great, but i like the idea of being able to get ahold of someone if a trade goes wrong, or internet goes out.

IB's $30 to close a postion is a little out of line if you ask me. Thankfully i have never had a problem with IB, but the amount of complaints about IB's service are enough to make me find a back up.
