Those might be accomplshments if he had actually done any of them.
Obama"gave" Americans health care? No, he forced a mandate to buy insurance from private companies, which is probably unconstitutional, not that he cares. Last time I looked, he has done nothing to increase the supply of health care, eg doctors, hospitals, etc. Most of his program will in fact decrease it.
"Saving GM, etc"? He stole the property of bond holders and gave it to unions.
Clearly he didn't "save millions of jobs". At most, he postponed the layoffs of overpaid union workers, mainly employed by cities that can't afford the lavish pensions.
"Getting" 20 billion from BP? BP had committed to pay before he got involved. Circumventing the legal process and extortion are not something to brag about.
Getting us out of Iraq? Tell that to the 50,000 soldiers still there. If you said follow the Bush playbook that he said wouldn't work, that would be accurate.
Appointment of two Supreme Court justices. Adding two more socialists is not an achievement.
