El Paso has one of the largest military presences. Conceal carry and guns are just apple pie down there.

Police are paid to protect the citizenry. Where were they? Oh, that's right, they can't be everywhere at once. Citizens with concealed carry aren't paid to protect the citizenry - they would do it for free. But again, they can't be everywhere either.
Your post is just more trolling. You're not interested in gun safety. If you were, you'd have posted about the 4 killed and 38 wounded in Chicago this weekend - which is the same ol' same ol'.
