I don't know which towns would and would not. But I can tell you the aggregate would never go along with it. Time and time again, these types of rules were not enforced. This doesn't mean that someday, if enough wackos like Futurecurrents get elected, it might be as it is now, but right now there is no implementing such drastic and absurd measures. And there won't be such legislation passed.
