give me simple day trading method that works?

has anyone backtested Gibbon's Twin Bar System? with two up bars it goes long, with two down bars it goes short. He claims is profitable across many markets...SAR always in.

hi, i suggest you try to make small cents with appropriate shares, that's simple but really works at most times.
but if you want to ride a day trend as a fledgling trader, seems to be too difficult to make money in the beginning, you know there is no easy money. NO simple method in this way.

I am trading the YM in the morning, I have another activity for now in the aftenoon.
I am usisng as my principal chart a 3m candle, with Keltner Channel, and a 15m and a 60m chart with a 5 and a 20 moving average simples.
Somedays I use fibonacci to confirm a trend trade.
On may 17th, like the chart below shows, the 15m chart was showing trend down, de 5 simple moving average (sma) was below the 20 sma, and drawing fibonacci from the globex high to the NYSE low at the beinning 12498 was the 50% retracement, a few ticks below the 20 sma in 15m chart, and was a 100 point runner.
Fibonacci at -61,8% was 12353 and the market went down to that level.
Trading with the trend you don´t have to so many trades, only 1 or 2 per day are enough to make a good living.

Simple trading plan that works. Okay, let's see.
Once upon a time, when I was getting into trading, my brother and I traded together. He saw that I had a tendency to get in early, anticipate reversals, and hold too long. So he took advantage of that. Whenever I'd get in with puts, he'd go long with calls. He won 4 of 5 times. The more certain I was that it was going to go one way, he'd just bet on the opposite, unless I was calm about it. If I was calm about the decision, he'd agree with me.
It worked because he always lied to me about his decisions. I didn't know he was winning. I though we were both losing. My stress was way high but I was comforted by the fact that we were both in the same boat. You should have seen me when I found out. I was partially relieved that one of us was making money, but a little angry that he was taking advantage of my stress.
Long story short, I got better and his strategy stopped working.
