I think the military built a bunch of hospital capacity along with floating hospitals. Somehow the Blue governors didn't need them afterall. Just like the ventilator shortage, not one person died for lack of a ventilator.

Moving the Embassy to Jerusalem was what a BOSS does, the prior pussies said they'd do it and didn't have the stones. Quite simple.
