1. he put on a position(s) and didn't define his risk for the the trade.
2. he got distracted by her walking around in a neglige or her panties.

The details are insignificant. She totally distracted me from trading (I was a newbie then). I did not execute my mental stop, I didn't even look at the screen. I was thinking, who cares at this point.

I have to tell you she has made the Cosmopolitan cover.
