You huffing again?
You're smoking your own toilet paper. I got your reference. Except that QAnon Shaman’s lawyer likened Trump propaganda to Hitler and blamed Trump for the Capitol riot:Actually I am smoking you. Its over. You lost AGAIN.

Not exactly a clean parallel, is it?
Because I want to. The stimulus is fine, I've been able to slowly add to my rep maximums. The slow part is not different from how slowly I add weight to heavy sets with longer recovery periods. But are you doing a full body workout every day because you ought to or because you want to? As I see it, I would question the quality of the stimulus if you can recover from it so quickly. Just my indoctrinated opinion, of course.
DouchenBaggen comes up with yet another completely pointless post.
He is a Joe Biden supporter. Case Closed.

When I was younger, I favored 5-6, and normally not more than 8 reps to failure. That was then. Presently, I'm in the mid to upper teens. Slower reps, better form, lower resistance. But still to full on MMF.I choose mine (currently) for a 20RM.
You just need some GABA topping on your pizza little guy.
Have you had enough attention this morning little fella?
DouchenBaggen, I thought you were going to stop posting for awhile. Didnt you say you had some recording to do or some sort of made up shit like that?
I'm curious to know what your routine looks like. Care to share?I choose sets, reps, load, perceived exertion, and fatigue management values that allow me to do a full body workout every day.
