Interview coming up soon at this firm-
I have read previous posts, but would like to know if anyone has an idea of what kind of bonuses have been earned in the past and/or what kind of payout they give.

anecdotal, so don't know how accurate this is, but I think you get base salary + bonus. Bonus=profit split % (negotiable depending on your talent) on profits greater than some hurdle amount ($100K?). Sorry I can't be of any more help.

So, the answer is, bonus depends on your own skill as a trader. Anyone else have any better info?
