Getting Up Really Early To Trade

we all know that control of emotions is a key to trading success. and you can't control emotions if you're constantly tired, stressed, burned out, don't have a daily routine and discipline.
better slow down, both for your health and for your trading account.

my trading is very slow, like watching turtles race. That forex market makes for a long day. 17:15 to 17:00 6 days a week. And most of the time it is very slow.

Thanks for the advice, but there is nothing to "slow down." What I need is to speed it up. It's the long slow days that wear me down. I suppose you could make a case for patience being an edge. I know it is for me. But it comes at a price. And that price is many long, slow, boring days.
