Both of the above answers are correct, but which one is better depends upon your timeframe and risk tolerance.
If you're looking for a short term trade (less than a month), and you have a high risk tolerance and wish to use leverage, go with the futures (ZB).
If you have a longer timeframe (several months) and don't want to trade on margin or be as heavily leveraged, TBT is probably a better choice.
