Getting really frustrated, can't find a fully featured UK trading platform

That is not free. That is ridiculously expensive. IG is worse than IB on almost every conceivable measure. Overall there is simply no competition.

I set up the account around the time I made this thread.

Didn't like it. The whole process was overly burdensome, and that's because essentially you're setting up a bank account with them. Whole thing was more hassle without any real upside.
