Most states are losing jobs,its a nationwide thing.California, Illinois and New York are losing population because they are over populated and overcrowded

Hey, Im open minded to the intellegent, of which I consider you a member. Please post any trial where the outcome affected African-Americans in the aggregate, and I will retract my statement.
