Blacks are leaving the racist, segregated, crime-ridden cities controlled by the democrats...they are heading into the new Republican south. It has only been 20 years since the Republicans have taken control of the local politics. Since then Blacks have seen the way to a new life.

Something caused this. Either the Blacks are being drawn to the South or being driven from the North.

Starting about year 1900 the Blacks leave the Democratic racist Jim Crow south. They head to the mostly Republican North and in the next 90 years old they vote Democratics in office until the Blacks become uneducated and segregated, stuck in projects, used for votes. Now they head back to the free and growing Republican south.
If they continue to vote for Democratics I am sure at some point ,again, they will need to leave another decaying situation and find the booming Republican territory.
