I use Chart Trader and BUY STP LMT for all long entries. I also have a sell stop and profit taker as part of my bracket but that is not really important to my question.
I use the CHART TRADER PRICE to define the stop entry as well as the limit with no pricing offset. So, if I click on a chart at 40.00 I see my AUX PRICE at 40.00 and my LMT at 40.00 which is exactly what I want. Then I hit transmit.
Now, what I cannot figure out is how to get the LMT PRICE to FOLLOW the AUX price when not using an offset. If I click 40.00 and it shows in the order area prior to transmitting, if i then drag the blue line down to say, 39.90, the AUX PRICE shows 39.90 but the LMT price stays at 40.00. How do I get LMT to follow AUX? I have spent hours on this and just cannot figure it out.
