If they are the last poster, yes. But you cannot see a thread started by an individual you have on ignore if you are in the forum thread browser page. Tom (who you say you have on ignore) started this thread. So the fact that you are here posting implies that you do not have him on ignore, unless you are first going to the forum browser page and clicking the short, incomplete list of threads that appears there - and who does that??
Wrong as usual. You think you would learn not to disagree with me.
There is a glitch. The posts do disappear as the thread lengthens but for the first few, one sees a post that has the profile image/name but no content.
One day you will be right about something and I'm sure live off that for a long time but this is not that day.
Something Trump would call a "clear and present danger." I'm not sure he'd survive it.This is an improved version of the concept in the video.

Now there are a few ways to go here.
1. I must apologise.
2. Try and make out that you were talking about something else.
3. Go quiet until the shame timer in your brain bings and you reset like it is groundhog day, not learning anything.
Not sure what any of this means. All I'm attempting to do is clarify how the ignore function works.
