Ownership is defined by whoever can kick the other person's ass. Always has been. That's why tribes/countries/whatever form in the first place, for protection.
no wonder even in this day and age my cousin goes out with a concealed knife as he can get "hammered" by fellow humans any time for no reason other than to show their superiority. Pretty sad.
