You are pointing out something I did not understand:
Scataphagos has the same way of thinking than the extremist Muslims :
- Extremist Muslims believe in imposing their religion, ways of life - aka their ideas - to other people
- Scatatphagos believe in imposing his ideas to other people.

I think Scataphagos is not considering Iraqi children who got killed as innocent victims,
Scataphagos does not consider Syrian children who got killed as innocent victims.
Extremist Muslims think in the same way:
Extremist Muslims do not consider German victims who got killed as innocent victims.

So actually, if we really want to understand Extremist Muslims, we need to let people like
Scataphagos be able to fully express themselves: they think in the same way.

These are few aspects I'd like to understand better about Extremist Muslims, and that Scataphagos can get us to understand better :
- lack of compassion
- desire to kill
- justifications for killing
- justifying that some people deserve to die
- believing that they are the one who should live, but others should die
