The climate.nasa.gov website is maintained by graduate students at the California Institute of Technology as outlined at the bottom of every page on the climate.nasa.gov website. Do not confused it with the other NASA websites - which actually provide real research results and not the babbling of a bunch of graduate students.

I will allow you to go research his record. It should be an informative exercise for you to engage in. Then you can tell us what is true in your opinion. Was he fired for being a member of the Muslim Brotherhood? Did the Obama administration appoint him because he was a Muslim and they wanted to diversify NASA? Was he fired because he was a Muslim? Was he fired because he covered up Hansen's expense irregularities? Was he hired because he was already a proven Global Warming loon at his university? Or was it simply a question of why someone with no space research background or understanding was appointed to be the Chief Scientist at a space agency? Go research and tell us more.

I really have no interest in speculating why someone with no space background was sent packing as the Chief Scientist of a Space Agency. If you have such an interest in it then you can go look it up. Even the first five pages of a google search provide plenty of speculation for your entertainment.

Was he? As I noted, such positions are currently held for about 2 years, which coincided with his tenure. You made the claim he was fired.
 
hey fred... you act you like you have science.
so why don't you give us say 10 peer reviewed papers stating man made co2 causes warming?
How about 1?

a few times a year peer reviewed papers come out saying its the sun or the tides or that co2 levels trail temperature.

how come you don't have any science... just fake consensus? by the way there consensus is not even about co2.
