Michael McDowell (00 Car) Crash at Texas during qualifying today. One hard ass lick.

Does the 99 team have the mile and a half tracks dialed in or what?

Without question.

Although I'm not the biggest fan of Opie Cunningham, I certainly don't mind when those good ole boys win a race or two. At least the Oil Tank lid remained closed this race. :D

Gordon struggled today (and all weekend for that matter) - finishing dead last for only the second time in his career. The #24 car was all over the place from the moment they unloaded from the hauler. Hopefully, they can turn things around next week.

Is there anybody left in the USA who hasn't seen the 00 wreck (video above just in case)? Every channel seems to have had a clip of the right turn and tumble. Still amazed he walked away.

That's because he was too stubborn to use the right equipment. I know he was old school and all, but come on. Did you ever look at the helmet Dale wore? I've seen better helmets on kids riding their bicycles.
