I hear there some kind of reorganization going on and several groups of traders are on sidelines, waiting..
I know for a fact that international groups are trading with no problems..

Genesis companies switching INtnl traders to ROX platform/ LEK securities and away from laser.. they saying they getting out of brokerage biz.. anyone to confirm?
