whoa.. sounds like somebody has finally made a move to close the gaping hole between IB and the second best broker out there.. 'twas about time i say!

i am thinking about switching my broker. but i am only a part time swing trader. i won be able to satisify the share requirement stated. i have been using a discount retail broker for my trading so far, and after a while the execution slipperage started to get my attention.

is there something Genesis can do for me?

if so, what is the minimum balance to open an account in my situation?

Answers:
1) How long have you been in the securities industry?

We have been in business for over 5 years. Since 1999.

2) What are the names of the owners and principals at your company? Have you or the principals ever had any problems?

Names of the main principals are William Yeh and Serge Pustelnik. William Yeh is the full owner of the firm. Check out our spotless clear records on the nasdr.


3) How old is Genesis' existing business? I'm not interested in when they were founded.

We have started as a trading firm in 1999. 5 years.

4) Who does Genesis clear their trades through?

Genesis has been approved by the NASD to be self-clearing. We should be self clearing in the middle of June. Currently we clear through CCS (Computer Clearing Services)

5) Who developed and who owns the trading platform?

Genesis and our dedicated in-house staff. We own it, we develop it and constantly upgrade it.

It is nice to know Laser has built-in chat system.

It makes me curious about other thing.

Is there anyone in your company who is dedicated to monitoring that chat system so that he or she or they can give me new shortable stocks?

My point is that there is a big difference between having a online chat system with no staffs monitoring it and having a online chat system with some dedicated staffs monitoring it every minutes.

Serge I know I am picky!
But I have been bullshited by many brokerage companies that promised me amazing services but those were nominal so I had to find another one over and over again.

So before I choose your company as my new brokerage firm, I need to know every detail about the quality of your services.

So Please answer my questions ASAP.

Being picky about brokers is VERY important. It is also important to be picky about the important stuff to you.

Our chat system is constantly monitored by staff, me and even the president on occasions. Our core belief is:
