Genesis Laser tips and tricks?

Anyone care to share your Laser tips and tricks? Do any of you use spray-hits and shave features? I've never had a platform that allows these, can anyone give me a run down some of these features?

I watched a lot of their videos and they're not very informative, just some basics about the functions inside the window.

Any other tips and tricks would be informative.
 
One very handy feature is removing stuck quotes. If a quote gets stuck you just click on it (which highlites it in blue) then press your delete key and it's gone.

Hmmm, good advice... just wondering if it works on Sterling... what a piece of garbage.
